Spring is finally here! Unfortunately, along with the warmer weather and beautiful blooming plants and trees, many of us will suffer from allergy symptoms. If itchy watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose and sinus congestion caused by pollen exposure is ruining your spring, I have solutions.
